นายพรศักดิ์ ธรรมวานิช ผู้อำนวยการ กศน.อำเภอภูหลวง จัดกิจกรรมอำเภอเคลื่อนที่ ร่วมกับหน่วยงานราชการอำเภอภูหลวง ในวันศุกร์ ที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2553 ณ วัดม่วงไข่ ตำบลภูหอ อำเภอภูหลวง จังหวัดเลย โดยมีนายชาญชัย ศรศรีวิชัย นายอำเภอภูหลวง เป็นประธานเปิดงาน ซึ่งห้องสมุดประชาชนได้จัดกิจกรรมให้บริการประชาชน อาทิเช่น 1. กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน (แจกหนังสือเมืองเลยที่เรารัก, บริการหนังสือ วารสาร นิตยสาร และหนังสือพิมพ์) 2. กิจกรรม ศูนย์ ICT เคลื่อนที่ (บริการ Internet เคลื่อนที่, บริการ Tutor Channel, บริการการศึกษาผ่านระบบดาวเทียม ETV) 3. กิจกรรมส่ายเอว (ไอติมหลอด) 4. กิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์ (เครื่องเล่นวิทยาศาสตร์) 5. กิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ (ระบายสีภาพ, ลูกโป่งแปลงร่าง) 6. กิจกรรมแนะแนวการศึกษาและการประกอบอาชีพ ในกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ประชาชนที่รับบริการมีความสนใจในกิจกรรมที่ กศน.จัดเป็นอย่างยิ่ง และกศน.จะจัดกิจกรรมเคลื่อนที่เพื่อประชาชนให้ถึงชุมชนตำบลต่างๆ ให้ครบทุกตำบลต่อไป
